Was helping out at IMM for Singapore Heart Foundation
Help giving free health screening, check blood pressure level and obesity screening
mine body fat is 16.9% - normal
BMI is 23.8 - moderate
Visceral Fat, forget e number but is under normal
Blood pressure is under normal also, arnd 110+ (:
actually down dere nth much to do
go dere see girls better :X hahs just kidding
quite tired actually, talk and help them with e machine e whole day
shall go sleep alrd, hope can wake up tomo lo

went TP to visit
ie was wondering, should ie take a diploma in Outdoor and Adventure Training
maybe if my results not so good then ie take ba
if nt ie think either go take business managment or engineering course

quite busy recently
just had e speech day on fri
really nervous on dat day -.-
but it's a sucess after all(:
went to the hall for e concert
saw some video clips, felt quite touched
cause ie feels this's our past memories, lols
anw then went up to e stage, received my merit award(:
